NC Programming Team
Before the shaping in metal starts taking place, the NC programming engineers must find the way how to do it in most efficient way with our NC programmable machines. In order to translate the digital data of a three dimensional shape into a language understood by the machines a software is used but the speed and precision of machining, and what goes with it - the overall delivery lead time - depends also a lot on human abilities and experience. All of the engineers who do the NC programming in Egy-Mold have at least 10 years of experience in the field which helps in achieving short lead-times for our tools - i.e. medium-sized moulds made in 40 days on average and large size dies in 55 days.
